What is my first step after registering for NITO, and how do the Zoom sessions and modules unlock?

How are the NITO Zoom sessions scheduled, and how do I register, reschedule, or cancel one?

Where do I find the Zoom link to join my Prime For Life session (NITO session or CES/CE training), and what if the Join button gives a server error?

I couldn't get into the Zoom session because of the waiting room, or the session started late / had an outage. Will I get credit?
