How do instructors access the e-manual and Instructor Workbook?

This article is for certified Prime For Life instructors.

Trained, certified instructors can generate and access these from the Instructor Dashboard:

• Instructor Workbook (all versions; the same across all syllabus lengths) at https://instructor.primeforlife.org/instructor_workbook

During New Instructor Training, you receive one participant workbook included in the training fee. Older formats such as DVDs are no longer offered; current instructor resources are all available from your Dashboard. Prime For Life materials are restricted to certified instructors and school/agency owners and may only be used to teach Prime For Life classes.

Printed copies: physical instructor manuals and instructor workbooks are not sold or shipped. The instructor manual is provided digitally at no cost, which is how we make sure every instructor teaches from the current version, and you are welcome to print the e-manual yourself.

To get your copy, log in to your instructor dashboard at https://www.primeforlife.org (or https://instructor.primeforlife.org), request the e-manual PDF for the program and syllabus you teach, and the link is emailed to you. Download and save the file, since the emailed link is generated for that request and can expire. Instructor workbook versions are the same for all syllabus lengths, so pick the version that matches the curriculum you are teaching. If the email does not arrive, check your junk/spam folder and then contact support with the program and version you requested.

Participant workbooks are a separate item. They are sold to the school or agency delivering the class, which then covers them in the participant's class fee. If you need to order printed participant workbooks for classes you are teaching, contact support with the title and version, the quantity, and the date you need them by, and the orders team will follow up with pricing.

Ordering more participant workbooks for an upcoming class: contact PRI support with how many workbooks you need and the full shipping address they should go to, and PRI will place the order and ship them out to you. If your organization has a contract with PRI that covers materials, the workbooks are supplied under that contract at no cost to you -- mention the contract or your organization when you write in so the order is billed correctly. Otherwise PRI will send an invoice for the order. If you need the materials in hand before a specific class date, say so in your request so shipping can be planned around it.

Need another copy, or a copy that printed badly?

You can generate a fresh e-manual yourself at any time, at no cost, and print it as often as you need -- there is no need to ask for a specific reissue. Log in to your Instructor Dashboard at https://instructor.primeforlife.org/Dashboard, click Delivery Resources, then Request Prime For Life e-manual PDF (direct link: https://instructor.primeforlife.org/Dashboard?OpenLink=/PFL_AppEManualRequest), select your syllabus length, language and preferred font size, agree to the terms, and click Request Your E-Manual Now. Save your own copy of the PDF this time, since the emailed link is generated per request and can expire.

If a section prints incorrectly again after you have generated a fresh copy, send support a screenshot of the printed page or of the PDF, along with the syllabus length and language you selected, so the file itself can be checked.

Digital access to the participant workbook is issued by support rather than generated from the Dashboard. Contact support and ask for a participant workbook link; you create a login with your email address to open it.
