Where do I find my instructor certification / provider number?

This article is for certified Prime For Life instructors.

Your instructor certification (provider) number is printed on your certificate. Look for it at the bottom left of the certificate document.

If you are asked for a trainer number, or for an office display

PRI does not produce an office display for instructors, so there is nothing of that kind to request or to have reissued. What PRI can document is the training itself: certificates for the NITO and CES events you have completed are on the My Trainings page of your Instructor Dashboard, and those certificates are what to submit when an employer, a form or a licensing board asks you to evidence your Prime For Life credential.
