This article is for participants taking a self-led online course: Prime Accountability (formerly myPrime) at www.myprimecourse.org, or one of the other myPrime courses.
If the Next/Continue button is gray rather than blue, the current screen is waiting for input from you. Many interactions require you to make a selection or enter a value before advancing. For example, you may need to choose a required number of options (such as 4 values) or type an answer into a text box, after which the button turns blue and becomes clickable. If the button is blue but clicking does nothing, your login session may have timed out; log out and back in, then return to the course. Click only once, as double-clicking Continue can occasionally skip a scene. If neither helps, send a screenshot of the screen you are stuck on.
If the page goes blank when you click Next and you have to do the activity again
This usually means the activity still needs something from you. On the "What are my values" activity:
- Scroll to the bottom of the screen and add any values that matter to you but are not on the list.
- From the list, select the four values that are most important to you.
- Click NEXT.
If you still cannot move forward, contact support and tell us which activity you are on and what happens when you click Next.
A note on the name: the online course at www.myprimecourse.org is now called Prime Accountability (formerly myPrime). You may still see "myPrime" branding on that site and on the registration site, myprimereg.primeforlife.org, while they are being updated -- the transition is in progress. The other myPrime courses -- the military programs (Navy, National Guard, Coast Guard and Army Reserve), The Citadel, Iowa and the Spanish-language course -- keep the myPrime name.
